The lettuce crisper keeps lettuce fresh and prevents damage from handling in the grocery store. One piece, crystal clear crisper has a hinged lid and and has a cup in the bottom for the roots. Just like our other crisper, but this one is more rounded, or dome like. These new crispers are less bulky and take up less space per box, so there is a saving on shipping. It is also a little less expensive than our standard crisper.
